Potraits of some martyrs of Parade Lane mosque attack right next to parade lane, Rawalpindi

Following individuals were martyred in Parade Lane Mosque attack.

Major General Umar Bilal Khan, Brigadier Abdur Rauf, Lt-Col Fakhar, Lt-Col Manzoor Saeed, Major Zahid, Maj (retd) Shoaib, Naik Masood, Sepoy Abdul Qayyum, Sepoy Sarwar and Deputy Director NLC Taskeen were among the martyrs.

The martyrs also included a large number of children belonging to the families of Army men. These innocent young included Bilal Riaz, son of Major General Nasim Riaz, Ali Hassan, son of Colonel Shabbir, Hassan, son of Colonel Shukhran, Sadaul Hassan, son of Lt-Col Fakhar, Zamin, son of Engineer Akmal Hussain, Qaisar Khan, son of Syed Akbar, Adil Rauf, son of Abdul Rauf, Muhammad Khan, son of Sultan Bakhsh, Fazal Khan, son of Madad Khan, and Hashim Masood, son of Lt-Gen Masood Aslam.

Sons of Brigadier (retd) Sadiq, Brigadier Mumtaz, Colonel Qaiser, Colonel Kaleem Zubair, Lt-Col Shuaib, Major Saleem and Major Ahsan were also martyred, the ISPR said. Fathers of Major General Awais Mustafa, Colonel Kaleem Zubair and Lieutenant Colonel Farooq Awan were also killed in the massacre.

Civilians Khalid Javed, Ghulam Mujtaba, Javed, son of Ghani Khan, Muhammad Fiaz, Asad and an unknown person were also among the dead.

Zain Mustafa, a member of PYA from EME College lost his granfather and is critically injured and being operated at CMH right now. A junior of mine, at PAF Academy Risalpur, Flg Officer Minhaj ul Hassan died with his father ( Col. Fakhar ) and brother. Some other family friends lost their lives whilst bowing before God.
